The UConn Family Business program celebrated Pi(e) Day on 3.14 at Lyman Orchard's new wholesale bakery in New Haven. Over forty family businesses attended, tasting pies from Lyman Orchards, ice cream from the UConn Dairy Bar, and libations from Two Pour Guys. Guests were treated to a tour of the facilities and heard from John Elliot, Dean of the UConn School of Business and John Lyman, Executive Vice President of Lyman Orchards and eighth generation of the Lyman family.
