On October 18, 2022, the UConn Family Business Program hosted a Revenue Workshop its members. Rory McGloin Ph.D., Associate Professor of Communication, walked the attendees through their business canvas with a focus on identifying their core value proposition. Cindy Donaldson of Red Barn Consulting stressed that knowing your consumer inside and out is key and sales expert Marc Kitz provided a path to proceed for three specific client outcomes: lack of response, ghosting after a proposal and delayed decisions.
